Our family absolutely loved our stay at this incredible hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a Roman theme. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms modern and luxurious. We were pleasantly surprised to find blackout curtains and impact windows, allowing us to sleep peacefully and enjoy the stunning view of the castle. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste buds. The staff, especially Cláudia at the reception, were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's spa with its pool, sauna, and hammam was a delightful addition, providing relaxation and rejuvenation for the whole family. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally situated and with a convenient free public parking lot right in front. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Castelo Hotel in Chaves is a stylish hotel and great value for money. It’s my first choice when staying in Chaves due to its fantastic location near the Roman Bridge and in the old part of the city. the rooms are reasonably spacious and well-equipped with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
